Unfortunately, some mail servers have problems with CGI scripts and the transfer of form replies via email. Further, some mail programs accept form replies generated by certain mail servers and/or other mail clients only.

We have received many form replies that did not contain any data except for the sender's email address. Because that email address is not necessarily identical with the one your mail is actually sent to, some of you may not have received a password although they have completed the password form over and over again.

If you don't receive your password within an hour, please send a plain email.
